LongeVita Essential

Program

The LongeVita Essential program focuses on health care and overall well-being. It is designed for high-level managers, business owners, professionals, busy, employed, and active individuals who recognize the importance of taking care of their health and maintaining balance between body and mind.

In addition to a long-term individual plan, the program includes regular health monitoring by a general practitioner, the application of supportive treatments and nutritional supplements, and consultations with a nutrition therapist.

In line with our vision of integrating care for both body and mind, you will undergo a series of examinations and consultations throughout the year with a general practitioner and, if necessary, a nutrition specialist, who will conduct an initial assessment. You will also receive an initial evaluation by a physiotherapist. Additional visits can be scheduled beyond the scope of the program, and there is also an option to consult with our psychologist.

We will provide you with know-how for longevity and teach you how to use it effectively.

Practical Care

The program includes a comprehensive initial examination by a general practitioner, who will assess your personal and family medical history and create a physiological-psychological profile. This includes basic physical check-ups and diagnostic ultrasound screening. The doctor will evaluate your overall health condition and recommend appropriate lab tests, typically including cancer markers and referrals to specialists, especially gynecologists or urologists.

Based on the results of the tests and examinations, the physician will develop an individualized annual therapeutic plan, which includes the application of medical and supportive treatments. The plan will focus on primary factors that influence aging and quality of life, including uric acid levels, cholesterol, and hormonal balance.

The physician personally oversees the client, who will attend regular follow-up visits every two months. During these visits, ongoing check-ups are performed, including hormonal profile assessments, and test results are discussed. The doctor administers treatments and recommends dietary supplements.

The course and progress of the therapy are continuously discussed with the nutrition therapist.

Nutrition

To develop a suitable individual well-being plan, our nutrition therapist will consult with you based on a detailed questionnaire covering important aspects of your nutritional history, eating habits, sleep, physical activity, and your current diet. The focus will be on basal metabolism and key nutritional values. You will receive personalized recommendations with an emphasis on balanced nutrition.

You will attend regular follow-up visits approximately every two months throughout the year.

Physiotherapy

The program also offers initial physiotherapy as an optional add-on. Vitality, quality of life, and balance of body and mind are directly linked to physical condition. We work on correct posture, perform rehabilitative exercises, and recommend suitable physical and sporting activities. The number of sessions is not predetermined and is based on the individual needs of each client, so it is not included in the program price.

Psychology

You can also receive support from a psychologist. Seeking inner balance can sometimes be overwhelming. A compassionate conversation with an experienced therapist can be refreshing and valuable on its own. Our experienced psychologist is here for you. The number and timing of psychological sessions are determined according to each client's individual needs and are not included in the program price.
