LongeVita Ultima

Program

The LongeVita Ultima program builds upon the solid foundations of the essential LongeVita program. In addition to close cooperation with a nutrition therapist, it expands to include integrated care from a physiotherapist and psychologist.

Alongside long-term, regular care from a general practitioner, the program includes monitoring of health status, the administration of supportive treatments and nutritional supplements, and an initial assessment by our nutrition therapist, including the development of an individual plan and regular follow-ups.

In line with our vision of connecting care for both body and mind, the program also offers physiotherapist visits or consultations with our psychologist as needed.

The LongeVita Ultima program provides virtually unlimited access to the clinic.

Practical care

The program includes a comprehensive initial examination by a general practitioner, who reviews personal and family medical history and creates a physiological-psychological profile. This includes basic physical examinations, diagnostic ultrasound, and an overall health assessment. The doctor recommends appropriate tests, which typically include cancer markers and specialist evaluations—especially from gynaecologists and urologists.

Based on the examination and test results, the doctor prepares an individualized annual therapeutic plan, including the administration of therapeutic and supportive treatments. The focus is on primary factors affecting aging and quality of life, such as uric acid levels, cholesterol, and hormonal balance.

The doctor personally oversees the client through regular visits approximately every two months. Follow-up examinations are performed, including hormonal profiles, and test results are reviewed. Therapeutic and supportive treatments are administered, and dietary supplements are recommended.

Therapy progress is continuously discussed with the nutrition therapist, physiotherapist, and psychologist, who are all directly involved in the program. This active cooperation between all specialties provides unique value to the client.

Nutrition

To develop an appropriate individualized well-being plan, our nutrition therapist will review all important information related to your nutritional history, eating habits, sleep, physical activity, and current diet using a detailed questionnaire. The focus will be on your basal metabolism and key nutritional values.

Individual recommendations will be prepared with an emphasis on balanced nutrition. The therapist will monitor the progress of the therapy with regular follow-ups approximately every two months.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is an integral part of the program. Vitality, quality of life, and the balance of body and mind are directly linked to physical condition. Proper posture, rehabilitation exercises, and recommended suitable and balanced physical and sports activities form an essential part of the Esthé Life LongeVita Ultima program. The number of physiotherapy sessions is not predetermined but is based on each client's individual needs.

Psychology

Psychological support is also provided as part of the program. Finding inner balance can sometimes be overwhelming. A compassionate conversation with an experienced therapist can be both refreshing and beneficial. Our skilled psychologist is here for you. The number of visits is determined individually according to each client's needs.
