Mrs. Agnew holds a professional qualification in nutrition therapy and a university degree in communication. She takes a holistic approach to her work, considering each client's unique story. In addition to evidence-based medicine, she has a long-standing interest in traditional Chinese medicine, which she studied for several years. Mrs. Agnew is currently focused on the principles of nutritional psychology at the Institute for the Psychology of Eating (Boulder, Colorado), and she recently earned her certification as a GGS Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. She explores connections between the client's constitution, circadian rhythm, sleep, mental well-being (or lack thereof), physical activity, and other aspects of daily life.
