Women's Care

Active Lifestyle

Throughout their lives, women face a number of challenges that can affect their health, performance, and overall well-being.

Among the most common are balancing work, family, and leisure time, hormonal fluctuations caused by menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause, as well as social pressures and expectations.

A frequent issue is lack of sleep and recovery. All of this contributes to fatigue, irritability, and often leads to unhealthy habits, health problems, and frequently to being overweight.

The solution is not only proper nutrition but also finding overall life balance — including time for rest, respecting the circadian rhythm, and engaging in suitable physical activity.

Every woman deserves to life the best version of herself.

We can't avoid this stage of life, but we don't have to suffer through it!

Menopause

Menopause represents a distinct chapter we focus on. After meeting many women in our practice going through this stage of life—with all the consequences that come with age—we've realized that menopause is not given the respect it deserves, either by the public or even by professionals. This may be due to the lack of a more comprehensive perspective across various medical fields, where there is often no room for greater attention. Yet in reality, this is far from a marginal topic. On the contrary, it concerns half of the world's population.

For some, it is a time of new beginnings, greater freedom, and redefinition of life's direction. For others, it brings years of ongoing physical and psychological issues. Doctors often do not associate these symptoms with menopause—women's pains and complaints are attributed to psychogenic causes, and the issue is then considered "resolved," or more accurately, brushed aside.

Many women come to believe that their autoimmune, neurological, psychological, rheumatological, inflammatory, and other symptoms are all in their heads, leaving them to face a future with a diminished quality of life. But it doesn't have to be that way.

At our clinic, we aim to bring the topic of menopause into the open—to finally talk about it, address it, and gain as much knowledge about it as possible. Through this, we seek to help women who are going through perimenopause, menopause, or post menopause. We believe that information equals empowerment.

Our team works together to support women and help guide them through this phase of life. Every woman deserves to live, as much as possible, the best version of herself. We offer the support you deserve.

We believe that sharing experiences around a topic that many of us find both challenging and intriguing can be powerful and healing.

Our lectures and workshops are suitable for women in perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause.
